United Development Funding IV

United Development Funding IV ("UDF IV") is a publicly registered, non-traded real estate investment trust that will invest primarily in secured loans for the acquisition and development of land into single-family home lots, and the construction of model and new single-family homes. UDF IV also intends to make strategic equity investments in residential real estate in select geographic markets.
