American Realty Capital Trust III ("ARCT III"), the successor to American Realty Capital Trust, is a Maryland corporation that intends to qualify as a public non-traded real estate investment trust ("REIT"). This program will acquire a diversified portfolio of primarily single-tenant properties net leased long-term to investment grade and other creditworthy tenants.
